Laughter Sessions
Laughter Sessions involve the use of interactive play and Laughter Yoga exercises based on the Laughing For No Reason techniques of Madan Kataria.
Activities include tantrums, belly laughs, Kookaburra laughs, laughing loudly and heaps more. We finish with hilarious mirthful laughter.
